Position Overview

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Daycare Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, an understanding of early learning principles, and a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, compassionate care, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
• Support children’s growth through age-appropriate activities, creative play, and daily routines.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with parents and guardians, sharing updates on children’s activities and progress.
• Assist in planning and implementing engaging daily programming.

Qualifications

• Minimum : Level 1 Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification, or currently enrolled in the program and actively working toward completion.
• Experience in a daycare, preschool, or similar early childhood setting is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
